Earn and Learn. Learn and Earn.

Earn and Learn.
Learn and Earn.

Same words, very different mindset.

The “Earn and Learn” mindset says that one’s primary concern is about earning more. Money, leave, benefits, perks, freebies. If any learning comes along, okay, I’ll take it. But don’t expect me to pay for it. My company or my government better foot the bill.

The “Learn and Earn” mindset says that learning takes priority over earning. Learning more things, deepening one’s expertise, will eventually lead to more earning in the future. Learning is an investment in oneself. If I have to pay for it, so be it.

Which kind of mindset is more prevalent around you?
