Society doesn’t exist as we think of it.

Unless we are a public figure, we will not interact with the whole society. Not even a large part of it.

We interact with our families, our colleagues, our friends, our colleagues, our clients, our social media circle.

Hardly anyone beyond that.

And we can choose, to a large extent, who we want to care about, and whose perception we want to care about.

Beyond that, it is irrelevant to us.
